A peek at last week!
Letter N
Nursery 1 learned all about the letter N. We discovered that N is for our friend Naomi, nose, noodles, Natalie (Benjamin's mom) and Nosson (Tova Leah's brother). N is also made out of 3 sticks. Two straight ones on the sides and one slanted line in the middle.
We can find water in the ocean, the faucet, when it rains and in rivers. We visited the ocean to help us better understand water.
We also had fun doing "water exercise"
we also learned that Lag Ba'Omer is also about loving others and doing Mitzvos. We briefly touched upon Rabbi Akiva and his students. We also made signs about loving our friends for the Lag Ba'Omer parade.

Our World-Water and the sky
Our friends love discovering our world. This week we explored water. We learned that all living things need water. Water can freeze and melt. Items can float or sink in water. We can find water in the ocean, the faucet, when it rains and in rivers. We visited the ocean to help us better understand water.

Pesach Sheini/ Lag Ba'Omer
Our friends had fun exploring the concept of having a second chance. Hashem gave us Pesach Sheini as a second chance for those who missed celebrating Pesach. We also applied this lesson to loving our friends. Some of our friends suggested that we should have second chances at sharing. So we brought out our puppets, Doni and Daniella. Doni and Daniella played out a few sharing scenes and how we can have a second chance with friends.| Matzo for Pesach Sheini! |
